The Gitanjali Group of Colleges has established itself as a trusted name for producing highly skilled and industry-ready professionals in the fields of Pharmacy, Nursing, B.Ed, and Paramedical Sciences. The placement drive for the academic year 2024–25 witnessed overwhelming participation from reputed healthcare institutions, educational establishments, pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic labs, and wellness centers across India.

Over 200+ students across all streams received placement offers from some of the most respected organizations, including Apollo Hospitals, Fortis Healthcare, Medica Superspecialty, Narayana Health, AMRI Hospitals, Manipal Group, MedPlus, Cipla, and Sun Pharma. In the education sector, our B.Ed graduates secured placements in top-tier CBSE and ICSE schools, NGOs, and educational consultancies. Our alumni are making a mark as registered nurses, lab technicians, pharmacists, school teachers, and clinical support staff across the country.

This year, the group saw a remarkable 40% increase in the number of recruiters, with several first-time recruiters joining the drive. There was also a 50% rise in placement offers for students from core sectors. The highest salary package offered was ₹8.4 LPA for a Pharmacy student placed with an international pharmaceutical distributor, while many B.Ed students received appointment letters with packages ranging from ₹3.2 to ₹4.5 LPA from reputed schools in metro cities.

Gitanjali’s dedicated Placement & Career Guidance Cell works relentlessly to equip students with not just domain knowledge but also essential soft skills, interview preparation, and internship guidance. Several pre-placement training programs, hospital tie-ups for internships, mock interviews, and skill development workshops are conducted throughout the year to ensure holistic career preparation.

Our Nursing and Paramedical students particularly benefited from hands-on clinical exposure and live projects in collaboration with multi-specialty hospitals, which directly translated into high employability. Many were absorbed directly after internships due to their competence, commitment, and training standards. Similarly, B.Ed students underwent rigorous pedagogical training and school internships, making them classroom-ready from day one.
